Rebloom Terms of Service

These Terms are an agreement between you and Think Success Consulting ("we," "us"), which operates Rebloom. By using Rebloom, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who can use Rebloom

You must be 18 or older. You are responsible for keeping access to your email and device secure.

2. What Rebloom is, and what it is not

Rebloom offers spiritual encouragement, journaling tools and general information for people going through separation or divorce. Rebloom is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical or mental health advice. Hope is an AI companion, not a counselor, therapist or human. AI replies can be incomplete or wrong, so use your own judgment and seek qualified professionals for important decisions.

3. Not an emergency service

Rebloom is not a crisis or emergency service. If you are in danger or thinking about harming yourself, call 911 or your local emergency number. In the US, you can call or text 988, or call the National Domestic Violence Hotline at 1-800-799-7233.

4. Free and Premium plans

Rebloom has a free plan and a Premium subscription, offered monthly or yearly at the prices shown in the app. Prices may be shown in your local currency at checkout, and applicable taxes may be added.

5. Free trial, renewal and cancellation

• Premium starts with a 7-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.
• After the trial, your subscription renews automatically each month or year until you cancel. Your payment method will be charged at the start of each period.
• You can cancel anytime from Profile > Manage subscription. Cancellation stops future charges. You keep Premium access until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Refunds are covered in our Refund Policy.
• If we change prices, we will notify you in advance, and the new price will apply from your next renewal.

6. Attorney listings and outside resources

Featured attorneys are paid advertising listings. We do not endorse, vet or guarantee any attorney, and any relationship you form with an attorney is between you and that attorney. Links to outside sites, including WomensLaw.org and Selar, are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content. Products bought on Selar, such as the Personal Budget Tracker, are sold under Selar's terms.

7. Your content

You own your journal entries and anything else you write. You give us permission to store and process your content only to provide the app to you, including sending messages to our AI provider to generate Hope's replies, as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Acceptable use

Please do not misuse Rebloom, including by trying to access other people's accounts, interfering with the app, using it for anything illegal, or attempting to extract or copy the app's content at scale.

9. Our content

The app's design, devotional content, Healing Path and other materials belong to Think Success Consulting and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. Scripture is quoted from the King James Version, which is in the public domain.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using Rebloom and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for anyone who seriously or repeatedly breaks these Terms.

11. Disclaimers

Rebloom is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we make no warranties that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free or meet every need.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Think Success Consulting will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of Rebloom. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. If changes are important, we will notify you in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use Rebloom after that means you accept the updated Terms.
